Steel storage bungalow

Our steel storage bungalow and/or DMS cabinet, with galvanized steel welded structure and hot-dip galvanized grating, is designed for the storage of hazardous, polluting, flammable, corrosive or non-corrosive liquid products. The bungalows are also suitable for waste collection centers that need to store D3E (WEEE) and/or DMS products. These storage bungalows can also be configured to safely store your lithium-ion batteries, while ensuring electrical recharging.

This bungalow can range in size from 2 meters to 12 meters. The retention volume is defined according to your needs.

Several variations are available: insulated, with rockwool sandwich panels in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 120 mm, regulated example 20 degrees +/- 5 degrees, frost-free (minimum 3 degrees guaranteed), 1h fire-stop, 2h fire-stop, REI120 (REI 120).

Electrical boxes can be supplied in 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase versions (with or without neutral). All can be connected to an audible and visual alarm in the event of a fault.

The bungalow can be closed with sliding or hinged doors, positioned on the short or long side, with key, padlock or cremone lock (truck type). An anti-panic lock is also available as an option.

Ventilation grids are provided on the retention bungalow. We can also offer motorized ventilation up to 2000 m3 per hour (Atex or non-Atex). To facilitate product handling, we can also supply an access ramp in galvanized sheet metal or aluminum.

This retention bungalow is suitable for storing IBCs, cubitainers, drums, cans, IBCs, tanks, etc.

Our bungalows are all painted with class C4 paint in a standard gray color (RAL7001), but we can paint the bungalow to any color you like.

The storage bungalow can be moved by a fork-lift truck of adequate capacity, and 4 lifting rings are provided on the roof of the bungalow to enable it to be moved by crane. A concrete slab is required to accommodate this range of storage bungalows, failing which, stringers will be needed as a minimum.
