Handling bucket for industry

Handling skips are small, low-volume skips. They are used on production sites to collect waste of all kinds (rubble/DIB/glass/etc.). These skips are emptied into large waste containers, often outdoors, in complete autonomy by means of a forklift truck or stacker crane. Each one has its own special features to meet a specific use.

With this type of bucket, the forklift operator doesn't have to get out of the truck to empty the bucket.

They provide your teams with safety, ergonomics and time savings.

Safety in the workplace has become a major asset, which is why each of our handling tippers meets this safety requirement.

You can also enhance your company's image by recycling waste such as wood, cardboard, steel, shavings, glass, plastic, stainless steel...

We offer several types of dumpsters, designed to carry both light and heavy loads, and available in a range of colors.

  • A tipping bucket that tilts and empties into a container, which is then picked up by a forklift tipping device. This is the most economical solution. In fact, it enables manufacturers to have a fleet of skips and a single tipping device.
  • Self-tipping skips feature automatic tipping. This simpler operation allows the contents to be emptied into a large skip without the use of a device. The operation consists in picking up the skip from the forklift and tipping it into the large-volume skip. This solution provides greater autonomy.
  • The bottom of the bu cket opens to release waste. This bucket is picked up by the forklift truck from the top. It has the advantage of offering optimized volume.

How do you choose your material handler?

To choose the right tipper, consider the following criteria:

  • Maximum load capacity and/or volume in liters of items to be evacuated
  • The characteristics of the forklift on which the bucket will be mounted, such as fork dimensions, maximum loading weight and maximum lifting height.
  • The nature and type of waste to choose the model of skip
  • Type of product to be collected and drained
  • The process of using the skip.

Which tipping trailer can be transported with a stacker?

Manual tipping buckets (BBM) with fork openings are ideal for stacker transport. This tipper does not require the use of a device. It enables safe, autonomous re-handling.

What is the purpose of the tipping mechanism on a skip?

Handling buckets with a tipping mechanism rely on the perfect relationship between smooth rolling motion and an optimum point of gravity.

The tipping mechanism is operated by a cable from the driver's cab or by automatic release of the skip. This mechanism empties the container quickly and efficiently, without the risk of overloading the lift mast with untimely jerks.

A waste bin is an excellent forklift accessory.

What are the advantages of using a skip?

  • Helps keep the site clean, organized and safe.
  • Easy to use by a single user.
  • No mechanical parts.
  • Move large volumes and heavy loads.
  • Most skips are stackable.
  • Use them for storage, recycling and transport.
  • Discharge waste into a high-volume skip.
  • Relatively low economic investment.

These skips help to sort waste

Environmental

Today, it's important to manage waste, whether at home or at work. This means collecting it, sorting it, emptying it and finally recycling it.

Sorting recyclable waste means giving it a new lease of life by reintroducing it into the manufacturing cycle, thus saving natural resources.

Why opt for wheels?

Convert a fork-mounted tipping trailer into a mobile one. This means it can be moved around the plant or facility without the need for a forklift. The wheels are made of nylon (robust for intensive use, anti-crushing and non-marking). Two wheels swivel and two are fixed to facilitate manual maneuvering within the plant.

How do I secure my skip?

There are several ways of securing your skip, either by a safety device on the skip which locks it against the forks of the forklift truck. The second solution is to fit a safety chain to the forklift carriage.
