Fireproof bungalow with 2-hour fire resistance, measuring 6 meters

This 2-hour fire-rated bungalow measuring 6 meters, reference BECF2HS6360X2450, is designed for the storage of hazardous, polluting, flammable, corrosive, or non-corrosive liquid products. It is manufactured from a mechanically welded galvanized steel structure with retention and hot-dip galvanized grating.

The bungalows are also suitable for waste disposal centers that need to store WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and/or MSW (Municipal Solid Waste). These storage bungalows can also be configured to safely store your lithium-ion batteries, while ensuring electrical recharging.

This bungalow can range in size from 2 meters to 12 meters. The retention volume is defined according to your needs.

Several variations are available: insulated, with rockwool sandwich panels in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 120 mm, regulated example 20 degrees +/- 5 degrees, frost-free (minimum 3 degrees guaranteed), 1h fire-stop, 2h fire-stop, REI120 (REI 120).

Electrical boxes can be supplied in 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase versions (with or without neutral). All can be connected to an audible and visual alarm in the event of a fault.

The bungalow can be closed with sliding or hinged doors, positioned on the short or long side, with key, padlock or cremone lock (truck type). An anti-panic lock is also available as an option.

Ventilation grilles are installed on the retention bungalow. Motorized ventilation up to 2000^m³ per hour (Atex or non-Atex) is also available.

To facilitate the handling of your products, we can also offer you an access ramp made of galvanized sheet metal or aluminum.

This retention bungalow is suitable for storing IBCs, cubitainers, drums, cans, IBCs, tanks, etc.

Our bungalows are all painted with class C4 paint in a standard gray color (RAL7001), but we can paint the bungalow to any color you like.

The storage bungalow can be moved by a forklift truck with adequate capacity. There are four lifting rings on the roof of the bungalow so that it can be moved using a crane.

A concrete slab is required to support this range of retention bungalows. If this is not possible, at least some joists must be provided.
