Single-door safety cabinet for storing and charging lithium-ion batteries, VDMA certified

This single-door lithium-ion battery cabinet, reference ALBTOL220V, allows for the storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries and has a fire resistance rating of over 90 minutes.

It is equipped with a pressure relief hatch on the roof (or pressure relief valve) with a flame arrestor. In the event of excessive temperature and pressure build-up, the hatch opens automatically to reduce the accumulated pressure.

It also has a self-closing door equipped with a door contact switch. If the door remains open for more than 5 minutes, an alarm sounds and the door closes automatically. Otherwise, it is locked with a key.

The lithium-ion charging cabinet has two adjustable wire shelves with a load capacity of 70 kg each, with a power strip on each level.

It is equipped with a smoke detector that guarantees rapid detection and intervention in the event of a lithium-ion battery overheating. It is also equipped with a temperature detector; when the temperature exceeds 50°C, charging stops automatically and an audible alarm is triggered.

The cabinet is equipped with a visual and audible alarm, a UPS battery that will power the cabinet for 24 hours in the event of a power failure, and an aerosol extinguishing system (optional). As soon as smoke is detected in the cabinet, the extinguisher activates, cooling and controlling the battery to prevent the fire from spreading, and the alarm is triggered automatically. It is possible to transmit the alarm to an existing fire control center.

The safety cabinet is equipped with forced ventilation to prevent lithium-ion batteries from overheating.

The cabinet is designed to safely store and charge lithium-ion batteries. It is primarily intended for batteries used in bicycles, scooters, power tools, and other similar devices. Lithium-ion cabinets are robust and durable.

The lithium cabinet is equipped with adjustable feet and can be moved by a pallet truck on all four sides of the storage cabinet. Thanks to the dimensions of the safety cabinet for storing lithium-ion batteries, in the event of an incident, the cabinets can pass through standard doors. In the event of an incident, the cabinet can be evacuated quickly.

The cabinet monitoring can be managed via a personalized portal to keep you informed at all times of the status of the cabinets by sending text messages, emails, and notifications.

This cabinet for charging lithium-ion batteries is KIWA-certified to K21045 and also VDMA 24994. These certificates guarantee the highest safety standards.
