Stainless steel turntable

Our customer, a player in the pharmaceutical industry, has a picking workstation. The operator picks products from a pallet and injects them into the processing line.

To carry out this action, a movement around the pallet and a curvature of the back made the position sensitive in terms of arduousness. The requirement is for a regularly disinfected white zone. The equipment must be resistant to acid attack by disinfectants.

The proposed product is a turntable on feet. The operator activates the rotation by means of the release pedal, which releases the ball crown. This technology ensures smooth rotation.

This product helps to combat musculoskeletal disorders and reduce accidents in the workplace. The turntable makes it easier to access the contents of a crate or pallet without having to turn around.

What's more, the turntable is made entirely from INOX304. This allows customers to wash and disinfect it without fear of corrosion.
