Manergo, manufacturer and integrator of handling equipment, storage solutions and special waste collection containers, is recruiting an electrical and automation technician (M/F) for its headquarters in Raismes.
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the electrical operation and automation of equipment designed by the company. You design and adapt electrical diagrams and programs controlling PLCs and on-board systems.
You understand the context of the request in order to determine the technical requirements, identify the constraints, risks and opportunities of developing the automated installation.
You will take part in the design of an automation project and develop the related industrial IT applications.
Main tasks :
- Study a technical and hardware solution: identify technical and/or functional specifications, propose a technical solution for the digital system of the automated installation and measure risks... ;
- Design and develop the computer application and the automated installation: design the man-machine interface or the supervision of the automated installation;
- Carry out tests and commission the automated system: carry out tests and fine-tuning to commission the automated system, provide technical support to the end user;
- Operate and maintain an automated installation: commission machines, set parameters, etc., take delivery of machines, diagnose a malfunction in an automated installation, replace an automation component, adjust variables or parameters, etc;
- Improve and optimize an automated installation: propose one or more technical solutions to improve the digital system of the automated installation;
Secondary missions :
- Technological and technical watch on tools, software and hardware related to machine automation;
- Detect malfunctions and identify defective components and parts;
- Troubleshooting ;
- Adapting electronic equipment to new needs;
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor relations with the project manager and customer, in liaison with the project manager;
Required professional knowledge :
- Network architecture and link types ;
- Current standards ;
- Knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, electricity, IT (development or network...), pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics ;
- Electrical diagrams ;
- Designing a grafcet ;
- Layout diagrams ;
- Programming languages, automation ;
- The use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) -> PLCs: SIEMENS, PL7,... ;
- Electrical control and power cabinets ;
- Frequency and speed inverters ;
- Servo amplifiers ;
Skills required:
- Written and oral communication: interpersonal and writing skills;
- Technical and commercial English: understand technical documentation in English and deliverables in English;
- Teamwork.
