Flexible retention bin with Rigid-Lock brackets

This flexible Rigid-Lock retention bin with brackets, part no. BSJU662, is ideally designed for occasional storage, but can also be used permanently. Retention capacity is 662 liters.

This collapsible bund is made of 900 gr/m² PVC and reinforced with polyester. It can be used to store IBCs, cubitainers, drums, cans, IBCs, cubis... This flexible storage bin is suitable for storing hydrocarbons, as well as chemicals. It can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AdBlue, liquid waste, etc.). It can also be used as a washing area or washing station, for cleaning soiled equipment. Recommended for indoor storage.

As an option, this collapsible drip tray can be fitted with a filter cartridge to filter out pollutants. The flexible drip tray can also be fitted with a drain valve, allowing water to run off. Installation of the flexible drip tray is quick and easy, thanks to the patented 90° locking brackets integrated into the tray, enabling you to offer drip trays up to 40 cm high. Simply raise or lower the bracket to secure the sides of the bin. In addition, we can provide rubber treads for the passage of machine wheels, as well as under the flexible bund to protect the bottom of the bund (between the ground and the occasional bund). This washing area takes up very little space: the flexible drip tray can be folded, stored in its carry bag, and the user can stow it in a truck (for example, to install the tray on a worksite).

From a logistical point of view, the retention bins are folded to optimize space in the truck load. The flexible spill containment bund can be custom-made to suit the dimensions or spill containment required. It is advisable to clean the occasional drip tray after use and place it on a smooth, clean surface.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
