Polyethylene retention bin with grating for storage of 4 drums - 400 liters

This polyethylene retention bin with grating, reference BPJ485, is ideally designed for the storage of 4 drums of up to 220 liters. It can also accommodate other containers with a storage capacity of 970 liters. Retention capacity is 485 liters.

It's made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is appreciated for its strength, impact resistance and puncture resistance. The grating is also made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene, enabling it to accommodate either a pallet or drums placed directly on the grating. Load capacity (distributed) is 1250 kg.

This bin is suitable for storing mainly corrosive products. Acidic (PH 0 to 5) or basic (PH 9 to 14) products should be stored in this polyethylene bin. Polyethylene guarantees maximum resistance in the event of an accidental spill of a corrosive chemical product. It can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AD Blue, liquid waste, etc.). It can be handled by a hand pallet truck, stacker or forklift thanks to its forks. Black finish. Weight: 41 kg. Recommended for indoor storage.

As an option, it can be modified as an outdoor shelter, guaranteeing protection from the elements. Other options: this bin is available in a version without grating, designed primarily for depositing your drums, provided they are stored on a pallet. The bin can be supplied in yellow. The grating is also available in green or yellow on request. This bin can also store drums horizontally on supports, enabling safe handling or distribution of liquid or hazardous chemicals. From a logistical point of view, retention bins can be stacked to optimize space in truck loads.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
