80-litre galvanized steel drip tray without grating

This galvanized steel non-grating drip tray, reference BAS080, is ideally suited to the storage of small cans of up to 80 liters. It can also accommodate other containers with a storage capacity of 160 liters. Retention capacity is 80 liters.

It is made of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel, without a grating to accommodate the cans placed directly on the tray.

This bin is suitable for storing flammable products, various hydrocarbons, pollutants, liquid waste and hazardous products. The bin weighs 22 kg. Recommended for indoor storage.

As an option, it can be covered with resin or polypropylene to protect it in the event of an accidental spill of corrosive products. However, any spilled liquid must be quickly absorbed to avoid damaging the structure. Other options: the pan can be hot-dip galvanized to enhance corrosion resistance, or painted in the color of your choice.

We can also offer you a stainless steel bin for storage of your highly corrosive products, or for storage in a food environment. We can also offer you customized bins, for example: a closed bin with the same dimensions for outdoor storage, to prevent the bin from filling up with water in inclement weather. In some cases, we can fit this bin with a drain cock, but we no longer consider it a retention bin, but a recovery bin, as we cannot guarantee that the bin is completely watertight, cf. decree of October 4, 2010.

As a reminder, retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, but not less than 100% of the volume of the largest container. For companies classified as ICPE subject to declaration or prefectoral authorization, please refer to the departmental sanitary regulations. From a logistical point of view, retention bins can be stacked to optimize truck loading space. All our standard products are available with a maximum delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks throughout mainland France.
