Galvanized steel drip tray for storage of 1 IBC - 1000 Liters

This galvanized steel drip tray, reference BAS1000, is ideally designed for storing 1 IBC of up to 1000 liters. It can also accommodate other containers with a storage capacity of 2000 liters. The retention capacity is 1000 liters.

It is made of 2 mm thick sheet steel with a hot-dip galvanized grating (80 x 66 mm mesh) to accommodate a pallet or directly the drums or IBCs placed on the grating. Load capacity (distributed) is 1500 kg.

This bin is suitable for storing flammable products, various hydrocarbons, pollutants, liquid waste and hazardous materials. With its 100 mm U-shaped feet, it can be handled by hand pallet truck, stacker or forklift. The bin weighs 97.40 kg. Recommended for indoor storage.

As an option, it can be resin-coated to protect it in the event of accidental spillage of corrosive products. However, any spilled liquid must be quickly absorbed to avoid damaging the structure. Other options: the bin can be hot-dip galvanized to increase its resistance to corrosion, or painted in the color of your choice. The feet can be designed as for a wooden pallet, with skids to enable the pallet to be turned over with suitable handling equipment. The dimensions of the feet can be adapted to your specifications.

The grating can have a different mesh size, e.g. 33 x 33 mm, 33 x 22 mm... the choice of mesh will depend on the desired load capacity. The grating can also be replaced by a corrugated sheet, which will not prevent liquid from draining away in the event of an accidental spill. We can also offer you a stainless steel bin for the storage of your highly corrosive products, or for storage in a food environment. We can also offer you customized bins, for example: a closed bin with the same dimensions for outdoor storage, to prevent the bin from filling up with water in case of bad weather. In some cases, we can fit this bin with a drain cock, but we no longer consider it a retention bin, but rather a recovery bin, as we cannot guarantee that the bin is completely watertight (cf. decree of October 4, 2010).

As a reminder, retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, but not less than 100% of the volume of the largest container. For companies classified as ICPE subject to declaration or prefectoral authorization, please refer to the departmental sanitary regulations. From a logistical point of view, retention bins can be stacked to optimize truck loading space. All our standard products are available with a maximum delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks throughout mainland France.
