1006-litre galvanized steel drip tray for use on 2700 mm racks

This 1006-liter galvanized steel rack bin for 2700 mm shelving, reference BARS2665/1006, is ideally designed for storing 2 IBCs of up to 1000 liters on shelves. It can also accommodate other containers with a storage capacity of 2000 liters. Retention capacity is 1006 liters.

It is made of 2.5 mm thick sheet steel with a hot-dip galvanized grating (44 x 66 mm mesh) to accommodate a pallet or directly the drums or IBCs placed on the grating.

This bin is suitable for storing flammable products, various hydrocarbons, pollutants, liquid waste and hazardous products. The bin weighs 163 kg. Recommended for indoor storage on shelves, to be placed on rails or crossbars.

As an option, it can be coated with resin or polypropylene to protect it in the event of an accidental spill of corrosive products. However, any spilled liquid must be quickly absorbed to avoid damaging the structure. Other options: the pan can be hot-dip galvanized to enhance corrosion resistance, or painted in the color of your choice.

The grating can have a different mesh size, e.g. 33 x 33 mm, 33 x 22 mm... the choice of mesh will depend on the desired load capacity. We can also offer you a stainless steel bin for the storage of your highly corrosive products or for storage in a food environment. We can also offer you customized bins, for example: a bin with different dimensions and/or a different retention capacity. In some cases, we can fit the bin with a drain valve, but we no longer consider it a retention bin, but a recovery bin, as we cannot guarantee that the bin is completely watertight (cf. decree of October 4, 2010).

As a reminder, retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, but not less than 100% of the volume of the largest container. For companies classified as ICPE subject to declaration or prefectoral authorization, please refer to the departmental sanitary regulations. From a logistical point of view, retention bins can be stacked to optimize truck loading space. All our standard products are available with a maximum delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks throughout mainland France.
