8,500-litre self-supporting flexible bund

This 8,500-liter self-supporting flexible spill containment bin, part no. BSAPP8500, is ideally designed for occasional storage, but can also be used permanently. Retention capacity is 8,500 liters.

This collapsible bund is made of 900 gr/m² polyester and reinforced with PVC, and is fitted with foam pads (diameter 75 mm) around the entire perimeter of the bund. It can be used to store IBCs, cubitainers, drums, cans, IBCs, cubis, etc. This flexible storage bin can be used to store both hydrocarbons and chemicals. It can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AdBlue, liquid waste, etc.). It can also be used as a washing area or washing station, for cleaning soiled equipment. Recommended for indoor storage.

As an option, this collapsible drip tray can be fitted with a filter cartridge to filter out pollutants. The flexible drip tray can also be fitted with a drain valve, allowing water to run off. Installation is quick and easy, thanks to the integrated reinforcement plates. The sump is also anti-UV and fungicide treated. In addition, we can provide rubber treads for machine wheel tracks, as well as under the sump to protect the bottom of the sump (between the ground and the occasional sump). The outer foams crush as soon as the wheels of the truck or forklift pass over them, and then return to their original shape. The edges rise automatically as the container is filled. This washing area takes up very little space: the flexible drip tray can be folded, stored in its carry bag, and the user can stow it in a truck (for example, to install the tray on a worksite).

From a logistical point of view, the retention bins are folded to optimize space in the truck load. The flexible spill containment bund can be custom-made to suit the dimensions or spill containment required. It is advisable to clean the occasional drip tray after use and place it on a smooth, clean surface.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
