2-hour fireproof container (REI120) for storing 16 IBCs on 2 levels with hinged doors

This REI120 (120 minutes fire resistance from the outside and inside) sheet steel container for storing 16 IBCs of 1000 liters or 16 pallets 1200 x 1000 mm, reference CCCF2HS8-2IBCPB, has a retention capacity of 8000 liters (bottom retention, but we can make a retention on each level).

The container's structure is mechanically welded, with highly flexible and structurally strong carbon steel sections assembled and welded together according to static requirements using MIG equipment with controlled calibration.

The metal structure of the container walls is insulated with mineral wool sandwich panels clad on both sides with galvanized sheet metal, 100 mm thick, certified EI120 (reaction to fire class A2 s1-d0). The container roof is insulated with mineral wool sandwich panels coated on both sides with galvanized sheet metal, 140 mm thick, certified REI120 (reaction to fire class A2 s1-d0).

This container is fitted with REI120 fire-rated hinged doors. The doors are certified to UNI 9723 standards. Thermo-expanding gaskets are fitted to the sides of the frame. A lock is fitted to the main door, with latch and side pin. The doors are equipped with 2 large hinges with automatic door closing.

The container has two superimposed storage levels, designed in compliance with UNI 10011 standards. The storage levels are made of pressed, edged and hot-dip galvanized grating, 44 x 33 mesh, extractable if necessary, with a capacity of 1000 kg/m². The floor retention tank is 3 mm thick steel. The storage capacity complies with the regulation of 50% of the storable volume, but we can also customize to your specifications. The feet of the container measure 100 mm and are fitted with a plate so that they can be spilt on the ground if required.

All our containers and bungalows are painted with C4 paint. We can also offer other paint grades to suit your specifications. The safety cabinet is delivered with a technical nameplate and a safety monitoring panel.

The container can be moved with a forklift of adequate capacity, or with a crane using the special certified lifting eyes located on the container roof.

Complies with international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 certificate no. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the essential requirements for safety and environmental protection. Certification of the REI120 container is carried out by an external body.
