REI 120 steel storage container

Our steel storage container and/or DMS cabinet, galvanized steel welded structure with retention and hot-dip galvanized grating, reference CCF6X2SPBREI120, is designed for the storage of hazardous, polluting, flammable, corrosive or non-corrosive liquid products. The storage containers are also suitable for waste collection centers that need to store D3E (WEEE) and/or DMS products. These storage containers can also be configured to safely store your lithium-ion batteries while ensuring electrical recharging.

This outdoor storage container can range in size from 2 meters to 12 meters. The retention volume will be defined according to your needs.

Several variations are available: insulated, with rockwool sandwich panels in thicknesses ranging from 50 to 120 mm, regulated example 20 degrees +/- 5 degrees, frost-free (minimum 3 degrees guaranteed), 1h fire-stop, 2h fire-stop, REI120 (REI 120).

Electrical boxes can be supplied in 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase versions (with or without neutral). All can be connected to an audible and visual alarm in the event of a fault.

The bungalow can be closed with sliding or hinged doors, positioned on the short or long side, with key, padlock or cremone lock (truck type). An anti-panic lock is also available as an option.

Ventilation grids are provided on the containment cabinet. We can also offer motorized ventilation up to 2000 m3 per hour (Atex or non-Atex). To optimize the storage of your pallets, IBCs and IBCs, we can offer you a storage cabinet on 1, 2, 3 or 4 levels.

This retention container is suitable for storing IBCs, cubitainers, drums, canisters, IBCs, tanks...

Our containers are all painted with class C4 paint in a standard gray color (RAL7001), but we can paint the container to any color required. The storage container can be moved by a forklift of adequate capacity, and there are 4 lifting rings on the roof of the container for moving it with a crane. A concrete slab is required to accommodate this range of retention cabinets, failing which, stringers will be needed as a minimum.
