1000-litre polyethylene drip tray to be installed at the bottom of 2200 mm shelves

This 1000-liter polyethylene under-shelf retention bin, reference BPSRJ2165/1000, is ideally designed for installation under 2200 mm shelving. Its retention capacity is 1000 liters. It is suitable for installation under the 2200 mm shelf rails.

It's made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is appreciated for its strength, impact resistance and puncture resistance.

This bin is suitable for storing mainly corrosive products. Acidic (PH 0 to 5) or basic (PH 9 to 14) products should be stored in this polyethylene bin. Polyethylene guarantees maximum resistance in the event of an accidental spill of a corrosive chemical product. It can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AD Blue, liquid waste, etc.).

It can be handled by a hand pallet truck, stacker or forklift thanks to its forks. The bin weighs 34 kg. Recommended for indoor storage.

This bin is available without a grating, and is primarily designed for depositing drums, provided they are stored on a pallet. This bin without grating enables you to see very quickly if there is any liquid in the bin. The under-shelf bin is quick and easy to clean. Its height is perfectly suited to being positioned under the shelving rails.

From a logistical point of view, retention bins can be stacked to optimize truck loading space.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
