100-litre polyethylene retention floor

This 100-liter polyethylene retention platform, reference PPJ100, is ideally suited to the storage of small drums of up to 200 liters. The retention capacity is 100 liters.

It's made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is appreciated for its strength, impact resistance and puncture resistance. The grating is also made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene, allowing the drums to be placed directly on the grating. The grating surface is non-slip. Load capacity (distributed) is 1000 kg.

This floor is suitable for storing mainly corrosive products. Acidic (PH 0 to 5) or basic (PH 9 to 14) products should be stored on this plastic tray. Polyethylene guarantees maximum resistance in the event of an accidental spillage of a corrosive chemical. The bin can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AD Blue, liquid waste, etc.).

The weight of the retention platform is 24.5 kg. Recommended for indoor storage. This retention platform is primarily designed to hold your cans, bottles, jars and other small, polluting containers. It can be supplied in yellow. You can use these retention platforms in workshops to store your hazardous products. They can be linked together to form a large storage platform. They can also be ordered with an access ramp to provide quick access for handling drums or canisters.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
