Small 60-litre polyethylene retention tank with grating

This small 60-liter polyethylene retention bin with grating, reference BPJ60, is ideally designed for the storage of small cans of up to 120 liters. Retention capacity is 60 liters.

It's made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is appreciated for its strength, impact resistance and puncture resistance. The grating is also made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene, enabling it to be fitted directly onto canisters. The grating surface is non-slip. Load capacity (distributed) is 200 kg.

This bin is suitable for storing mainly corrosive products. Acidic (PH 0 to 5) or basic (PH 9 to 14) products should be stored in this plastic bin. Polyethylene guarantees maximum resistance in the event of an accidental spill of a corrosive chemical product. The bin can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AD Blue, liquid waste, etc.). Black finish. Weight: 24 kg. Recommended for indoor storage.

As an option, this retention tray is available in a version without grating, primarily designed for depositing cans, bottles, jars and other small, polluting containers. The tray is available in yellow. The grating is also available in green or yellow on request. A version without grating is also available. Retention trays can be used in shelving, laboratories and workshops to store hazardous products. A range of spill floors or spill platforms is also available for storing drums and cans at a low height, to facilitate handling. This storage platform can be complemented by an access ramp for handling containers of polluting products. From a logistical point of view, retention bins can be stacked to optimize truck loading space.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
