The AP80°100-170-125-3903-2 custom-built 80° body tilter is manufactured to precise customer specifications. Tilting is by maintained contact and is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder. The tilt provides ergonomic gains at the workstation. In fact, with the use of this custom-designed 80° case tilter, the operator maintains an ergonomic position when picking up parts, thus limiting RSI. The benefits are twofold: improved working conditions and enhanced performance.
