Case tipping elevator (EB)

The customer, an automotive manufacturer with parts processing lines, needs to empty a crate into a chute to supply the line.

1 . The box load is approximately 1.5 tons.

2. Loading must be done on the ground

3. the customer wishes to dump at heights of over 3 metres

4. The system must be self-contained and safe

After discussions with the production manager and the ergonomists in charge of the project, detailed specifications were drawn up. The Manergo design office was keen to comply with every essential point in the specifications in order to satisfy the customer's requirements.

The proposed product is a tilting elevator. This product is equipped with 2 distinct movements, an elevation and a rotation. The action is governed by hydraulic cylinders.

This allows the customer to load at ground level and unload at great heights, all with a heavy load.
