Needs :
The customer, an automotive manufacturer, has parts processing lines and needs to empty a box into a chute to supply the line.
Constraints :
1 . The load of the box is approximately 1.5 tonnes
2. Loading must be done on the ground
3. the customer wishes to dump at a height of more than 3 metres
4. The unit must be self-contained and secure
Process :
After discussions with the production manager and the ergonomists in charge of the project, detailed specifications were drawn up. The Manergo design office was keen to comply with every essential point in the specifications in order to satisfy the client's request.

Product:
The proposed product is a tilting lift. This product is equipped with 2 distinct movements, a lifting and a rotation. The action is governed by hydraulic cylinders.
This allows the customer to load on the ground and unload at a great height, all with a heavy load.
