Sheet steel container for storage of 12 IBCs on 2 levels with sliding doors

This sheet-steel container for hazardous goods can store 12 x 1000-liter IBCs or 12 x 1200 x 1000 mm pallets, reference CT6X2PCS, with a retention capacity of 6,000 liters (bottom retention, but we can provide retention on each level).

The container's structure is mechanically welded, with highly flexible and structurally strong carbon steel sections assembled and welded together according to static requirements using MIG equipment with controlled calibration.

The container has two superimposed storage levels, designed in compliance with UNI 10011 standards. The storage levels are made of pressed, edged and hot-dip galvanized grating, 44 x 33 mesh, extractable if necessary, with a capacity of 1000 kg/m². The floor retention tank is 3 mm thick steel. The storage capacity complies with the regulation of 50% of the storable volume, but we can also customize to your specifications. The feet of the container measure 100 mm and are fitted with a plate so that they can be spilt on the ground if required.

This container is equipped with double sliding doors made of mineral wool sandwich panels coated with galvanized sheet metal on both sides, thickness 50 mm, certified EI30 (reaction to fire class a2 s1-d0), enclosed in a structure made of galvanized carbon steel profiles, with integrated locking system, door locking system for movement and double carriage accessories certified for monorail sliding system. We can also supply hinged doors on request. The doors are fitted with 2 double-hook key locks with stainless steel latches to close both sides of the container.

The rear wall is made of high-relief, hot-dip galvanized corrugated sheet metal. The side walls and roof are made of press-bent, profiled galvanized sheet metal, joined to the structure with large-headed watertight rivets. The safety blocks at the rear of the storage compartments, suitably sized to protect the rear wall, are made from EN10219 rolled steel profiles. The container is fitted with 4 ventilation grilles on the doors.

All our containers and bungalows are painted with C4 paint. We can also offer other paint grades to suit your specifications. The safety cabinet is delivered with a technical nameplate and a safety monitoring panel.

The container can be moved with a forklift of adequate capacity, or with a crane using the special certified lifting eyes located on the container roof.

Complies with international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 certificate no. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and essential requirements for safety and environmental protection.
