Polyethylene access ramp for retention floors

This polyethylene access ramp for retention floors, reference RPJ, is ideally designed for handling drums or canisters to be transported on retention floors with a pallet truck.

It's made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is appreciated for its strength, impact resistance and puncture resistance. The ramp surface is slip-resistant.

The load capacity (distributed) is 500 kg. This ramp is easy to install on the floor.

This retention platform is suitable for storing mainly corrosive products. Acidic (PH 0 to 5) or basic (PH 9 to 14) products should be stored on this plastic tray. Polyethylene guarantees maximum resistance in the event of an accidental spill of a corrosive chemical. This floor can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AD Blue, liquid waste, etc.).

The ramp weighs 15 kg. This spill containment platform ramp is primarily designed to hold your cans, bottles, jars and other small, polluting containers. You can use these retention platforms in workshops to store your hazardous products. These floors can be linked together to form a large storage platform. They can also be ordered with an access ramp to provide quick access for handling drums or canisters.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container. For companies classified as ICPE subject to declaration or prefectoral authorization, please refer to the departmental health regulations.
