Polyethylene containment shelter for storage of 1 IBC - 1260 liters

This polyethylene containment shelter, reference BPFJ1260, is ideally designed for the storage of 1 IBC/GRV/cubitainer or a tank of up to 1000 liters. It can also accommodate other containers (drums, cans, cubis, etc.) with a storage capacity of 2520 liters. Retention capacity is 1260 liters.

It's made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This material is appreciated for its strength, impact resistance and puncture resistance. The grating is also made from 100% linear low-density polyethylene, enabling it to accommodate pallets, IBCs, IBCs, tanks, cubitainers or even drums placed directly on the grating. Load capacity (distributed) is 2500 kg.

The retention shelter or retention box has 2 hinged doors with 3-point locking. The roof is slightly domed to allow rainwater to drain away. Ventilation grilles are integrated into the retention box. This shelter has sufficient space to store pumps, mixers, funnels, etc.

This bin is suitable for storing mainly corrosive products. Acidic (PH 0 to 5) or basic (PH 9 to 14) products should be stored in this polyethylene bin. Polyethylene guarantees maximum resistance in the event of an accidental spillage of a corrosive chemical product. It can also be used to store other polluting or hazardous liquids (hydrocarbons, AD Blue, liquid waste, etc.). It can be handled by hand pallet truck, stacker or forklift thanks to its fork opening. Yellow and black finish. Weight 221 kg. Recommended for both indoor and outdoor storage.

To optimize transport, the containment shelter is delivered in kit form (including fastenings), and installation instructions are supplied. A video may also be available to help you assemble the containment shelter.

Reminder of regulations concerning the decree of October 4, 2010. Retention capacity must be at least equal to : 100% of the volume for a single container, or 50% of the total volume for several containers, without being less than 100% of the volume of the largest container.
